Details:
the man: putting all his body weight on the right foot, he goes to the left side, shifting his weight to the left foot, on the count of 1. Stepping in place on the count of 2, with his right foot and together with his left, on the 3.
The man: now, shifting all his body weight on the left foot, he goes to the right side, shifting his weight to the right foot, on the count of 5. Stepping in place on the count of 6, with his left foot and together with his right, on the count of 7.
Lady does, the opposite.

Practice it as much as possible.
