Blueberry Smoothie: 1 hand-full of spinach
2 handfuls of frozen blueberries
1 Medium size banana
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 Tablespoon of almond butter
2 tsp of chia seeds
Vegan Energy Bar recipe: 1/4 cup of nuts
3/4 cup of died or soaked dates
1/2 cup of chopped mango
1/2 cup of ground flax seed
1/2 cup of already cooked quinoa
1/4 cup of shredded coconut
sea salt to taste
1 tsp of cinnamon
lemon juice for taste – lemon zest is good
